"Color looked different than expected"
I ordered these thinking they were going to be, like, a soft gray based on the pictures, but when I put them on they looked way more bluish and kind of bright on my eyes. Shipping was totally fine, so no issue there, but yeah, I was just disappointed that the color didn’t really match the photos.

"Delivery was on time, but the packaging stressed me out"
My order showed up on time, which was nice, but the packaging was disappointing. The box looked crushed when it arrived, and when I opened it, everything inside felt messy, like it had just been thrown together at the last minute. Thankfully nothing was actually broken, but I definitely had a stressful few minutes checking everything over, which I wasn’t expecting after paying this much. I just thought it would be packed a lot more securely. Not a great first impression.

"Mostly Right, Just One Small Mix-Up"
My order from eyecandys.com was mostly correct, so I want to be fair and say most of it went smoothly. The only issue was that one color looked a little different from what I selected, which was kind of frustrating because I had checked everything before placing the order. "Nice lenses, just don’t overdo wear time"
Got these from EyeCandy's, shipping was fine. Lenses looked really nice and felt okay at first, but after a few hours my eyes got dry and a little irritated. Took them out and it settled quick. Overall good, just use proper solution and don’t wear them too long.

My lenses matched my prescription well, I mean, I didn’t notice any weird blur or anything. Took me a little bit to adjust, but that’s normal, and yeah, overall they’ve been totally fine.

The lenses looked really nice, but the comfort was kind of hit or miss for me. They felt fine for the first few hours, then my eyes started getting a bit dry. It wasn’t awful or anything, but I wouldn’t wear them all day

I want to say I placed the order on a Monday, or maybe it was Tuesday, but either way it got here really fast. The tracking updated normally too, which was nice. Overall, happy with the shipping speed and no complaints from me

I kind of assumed these would be super easy right away, but they took me a few tries to get in properly. Once they’re in, they’re fine, but taking them out was a little annoying for me. Not a dealbreaker or anything, just one of those things that needs some patience...

I thought they might be a bit too noticeable at first, but no, actually they’re just a soft little change and don’t look fake or overly bright. I wore them out and my friend didn’t even notice right away lol, which I kinda loved. Really happy with them.

"Return was easier than I expected"
I had to send back one pair because I picked the wrong color. after I paid I got a little skeptical and wondered if returning anything would turn into a hassle, but the steps were actually clear and simple to follow.
The refund showed up on my card within a few days, which was faster than I expected. I didn’t really have to chase anyone, so that definitely made me feel better about ordering from them again

I ended up ordering from eyecandys.com because the prices were noticeably better than a few other places I was comparing. I’ve paid more for lenses before and didn’t feel like I got anything extra for the higher price, so I figured I’d give these a try.
The lenses arrived in good condition and the quality was better than I expected. Shipping wasn’t super fast, but it wasn’t a big deal. For what I paid, I’m happy with it and would probably order again, especially if there’s a sale.

Looking to order from oregon, wondering shipping time frame. within 10. days??

I ordered a pair of contacts on the 4th of november and they still have not came. the tracking number also doesn't work

I wonder why until this day i still can get an accurate date when i will receive them. i ordered them march 2 and its now march 28 and it left hong kong march 15. still no update. why is that?
